Trust the husky guy to know about good food.  This Buffalo born delicacy, Beef on Weck is rare roast beef served on a Kemmelweck roll (topped with kosher salt and caraway seeds).  Pat decided our regular meeting needed a little something - and Beef on Weck night was created.
