NY III LIFE MEMBERS
NY III LIFE MEMBERSHIP shall be granted to any RKMC NY III Member active within the Chapter for fifteen (15) years. NY III Life Membership may also be granted, at the discretion of the Executive Board, to a Member for outstanding service without fifteen (15) years of dues paying Membership or to a Member that, due to disability, declining health or age, termination of a valid motorcycle license, or has lost the ability to ride a motorcycle for any other reason. This classification is not to be confused with RKMC International classification of Life Membership. Life Members may hold any Office as determined by their prior classification.
ACTIVE MEMBERS
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP shall be available to any active, retired, or disabled firefighter owning or having access to a motorcycle and holding a valid motorcycle endorsement license. Paid or volunteer firefighters, Brigade and military firefighters are all eligible to be active members and shall be treated equally. They may hold any Office in the Chapter's Executive Board.

SOCIAL MEMBERS
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP shall be available to the spouse, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, son, daughter, grandchild, brother, or sister of an Active Member or Associate Member (16 years or older).
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP shall be offered to any person who has been proposed in writing for such membership, has contributed to the promotion of the Chapter for a minimum of six months, and wishes to participate in Chapter activities. Final approval shall be by majority vote of the Chapter at the meeting held at the end of the six month period. Associate members will not exceed 10% of the existing active members.
HONORARY MEMBERS
HONORARY MEMBERSHIP may be granted to a member of a recognized religion for the position of Chapter Chaplain. Honorary Membership may also be granted to a civic or business leader who does volunteer work for the Chapter. An Honorary Member shall not hold an elected Chapter Office or vote in Chapter affairs. The Special Compassionate Honorary Member title will be given to an existing member who is the surviving spouse, partner, or junior member of any member of a Chapter that was an Active Member, Associate Member or Honorary Member.
JUNIOR MEMBERS
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP may be granted to the children or grandchildren of Active and Associate Members, under the age of sixteen (16) years.
