ROAD CAPTAIN'S AWARD

Red Knights MC New York Chapter III presents a Road Captain's Award annually to the Chapter member who best exemplifies the positive qualities of the Red Knights International Motorcycle Club and our proud firefighting traditions. Begun in 2016 by Road Captain Steve "Lefty" Wright, this Award is presented at the discretion of the current Road Captain. |

2016 - Matt "Spider" Mickle
For his life-saving emergency medical efforts on a downed/injured rider during a charity ride. |
2017 - "King" Kevin Keller
For his over-reaching involvement with RKMC NY III and RKMC New York State Association. |
2019 - Ray "Hap" Hazzard
For always being there and best exemplifying the "Brotherhood" of firefighting and motorcycling. |

2020 - Don "Digger" Gifford
For his positive promotion of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club through non-stop riding. |
2021 - Steve "Lefty" Wright
Awarded posthumously for everything he did for the Chapter, for being the "heart and soul" of NY III. Award presented to Elaine Wright and family. |
2022 - Casey "Sheldon" Clemens
For his never-ending enthusiasm regarding the Red Knights, always "stepping up" and offering to be a part of the solution. |
2023 - Tony "Joker" Vogt
For being our "Senior Man", supporting all of our events. Promoting our Chapter with other Red Knights. |
2024 - Pat "Husky" O'Connor
For being our "Senior Man", supporting all of our events. Promoting our Chapter with other Red Knights. |
