AMERICA'S 9-11 RIDE - REMEMBERING OUR FALLEN

Team RED KNIGHTS NY (made up of 25 Knights from NY Chapters III, LIII, 11, and 12, and one chick from Switzerland VI) honored the lives lost on September 11, 2001 by participating in a 4-day ride from Shanksville, PA (where Flight 93 crashed), to the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., then finally to Ground Zero, the World Trade Center, in New York City (over 1200 miles). While some of our members have ridden this memorial ride before, this was the first TEAM effort made by the Red Knights. We worked hard and raised just shy of $37,000 for the 9-11 Foundation through our own connections. Emotions were high on this run, proving that we will NEVER FORGET!
