Former President Barack Obama said, "Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.” Team Red Knights NY exemplifies this. Made up of 12 bikes, 19 people, and one dog (+1 Donation Coordinator), our team of Red Knights from Chapters III, 29, and LIII rode to honor the lost, joined by another 400+ like-minded riders/passengers. For some, this was a brand new experience, for others a renewal of the promise to "NEVER FORGET. This year's team raised over $30,000 in sponsorships to aid the America's 9-11 Foundation in its mission and the people lining the streets, waving American Flags, was all the "thank you" we needed.
